At 3D Print LV, we take pride in producing high-quality 3D printed products and custom manufacturing services. This Warranty Policy outlines the limited warranty provided on products purchased from us.
Limited Warranty Coverage
3D Print LV warrants that products manufactured and sold by us will be free from material defects in workmanship at the time of delivery.
If a product is found to contain a manufacturing defect, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Issue a partial or full refund
Warranty Period
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.
What Is Covered
This warranty may cover:
- Incorrect item shipped
- Incorrect color shipped
- Significant manufacturing defects
- Production errors made by 3D Print LV
- Defects present upon delivery
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer misuse
- Improper installation
- Accidental damage
- Exposure to excessive heat
- UV degradation
- Chemical exposure
- Modification of products after delivery
- Customer-supplied design flaws
- Fitment issues caused by inaccurate measurements
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling
Customer-Supplied Files
For products manufactured from customer-provided files, 3D Print LV warrants only the quality of the manufacturing process.
We do not warrant:
- Design performance
- Structural integrity of customer-created models
- Functional suitability
- Engineering accuracy
- Intended application performance

Limitation of Warranty
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
