3D Print LV

At 3D Print LV, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature of many of our products and services, the following refund policy applies to all purchases.
Custom Printed Orders
Products manufactured from customer-supplied files, custom designs, or special requests are considered custom orders.
Because these items are produced specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Manufacturing Errors
If a product is manufactured incorrectly due to an error by 3D Print LV, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the item
- Repair the item when practical
- Issue a partial or full refund
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping Damage
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
Customer-Supplied File Issues
3D Print LV is not responsible for issues resulting from:
- Incorrect dimensions
- Poor model design
- Non-manifold geometry
- Structural weaknesses
- Fitment issues
- Design defects
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their designs before production.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect customer measurements
- Customer design errors
- Normal 3D printing characteristics
- Minor cosmetic imperfections
- Color variation between screens and printed products
- Delays caused by carriers
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to production.
Once production has begun, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.
