3D Print LV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects customers to do the same.
Customer-Submitted Files
Customers may submit digital files for manufacturing, including but not limited to:
- STL files
- OBJ files
- 3MF files
- STEP files
- CAD models
- Other design files
By submitting a file, the customer represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority required to authorize manufacturing of the submitted design.
Ownership of Customer Files
Customers retain ownership of their submitted files.
Submission of a file grants 3D Print LV a limited, non-exclusive license to use the file solely for the purpose of manufacturing and fulfilling the customer's order.
Prohibited Content
3D Print LV reserves the right to refuse production of any file that:
- Infringes copyright
- Infringes trademarks
- Violates patents
- Violates applicable laws
- Contains unlawful content
- Contains offensive or prohibited material
Trademarked and Copyrighted Content
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authorization to reproduce any copyrighted or trademarked material.
Examples may include:
- Company logos
- Brand names
- Licensed characters
- Commercial products
- Artwork
- Protected designs
3D Print LV does not independently verify ownership rights for customer-submitted files.
Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns
Rights holders who believe their intellectual property rights have been infringed may contact:

Refusal and Cancellation of Orders
3D Print LV reserves the right to:
- Refuse production
- Cancel orders
- Remove content
- Request proof of authorization
when intellectual property concerns arise.
Limitation of Liability
Customers assume full responsibility for the content they submit.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3D Print LV from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from submitted files or alleged intellectual property violations.
