3D Print LV is a Nevada-based sole proprietorship providing 3D printing services, custom manufacturing, and the sale of 3D printed products.

By placing an order, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
- All information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and Services
3D Print LV offers:
- Custom 3D printing services using customer-supplied files.
- Production of proprietary products designed by 3D Print LV.
- Manufacturing of licensed designs where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
4. Customer-Supplied Files
When submitting STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, CAD, or other digital files, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the file; or
- You have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to authorize production.
You grant 3D Print LV a limited license to manufacture the submitted design solely for fulfillment of your order.
5. Intellectual Property Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted files do not infringe:
- Copyrights
- Trademarks
- Patents
- Trade dress
- Other intellectual property rights
3D Print LV does not independently verify ownership rights of submitted files.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or refund any order that appears to violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
6. Manufacturing Variations
Customers acknowledge that 3D printing is a manufacturing process subject to normal variations, including:
- Layer lines
- Surface texture variations
- Minor dimensional tolerances
- Slight color differences
- Material characteristics
These characteristics are considered normal and are not defects.
7. Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Model design accuracy
- Fitment verification
- Dimensional verification
- Functional testing
- Suitability for intended use
3D Print LV is not responsible for design flaws or engineering errors contained within customer-supplied files.
8. Prohibited Uses
Products manufactured by 3D Print LV are not intended for:
- Medical devices
- Life-support equipment
- Aerospace systems
- Automotive safety systems
- Firearms or regulated weapon components where prohibited by law
- Any safety-critical application where failure could result in injury, death, or property damage
9. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Payment must be received before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
10. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service
- Cancel orders
- Limit quantities
- Request additional information
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D Print LV shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Loss of data
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3D Print LV from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Customer-supplied files
- Intellectual property disputes
- Product misuse
- Violation of these Terms
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting to the website.
